A fire breaks out on the Warner Bros lot

A fire broke out on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank Friday after what a source described as the sound of an explosion heard just before 2 p.m. Power was at least partially off the lot, according to the source.

It is not believed to have been a deliberate act and is being labeled an accident, according to a Warner insider. No one was injured and the fire is now out. Firefighters from the Warners lot were on site handling the blaze, and a Burbank Fire Department spokesman confirmed he had also responded to a fire, but had no further information yet.

Different uses of Twitter shared photos of the fire, which it caused dark gray clouds to spread over Toluca Lake and Burbank.
