‘Billions’ final season trailer: Damian Lewis returns to defeat Paul Giamatti

Bobby Axelrod (Damian Lewis) always comes out on top.

Since Lewis departed from the series in 2021, the original lead of Showtime’s hit series returns as Wall Street’s Wise Man Bobby in the seventh and final season of ‘Billions.’

According to the official synopsis, in Season 7, alliances are turned upside down. Old wounds are armed. Loyalties are tested. The betrayal takes on epic proportions. Enemies become wary friends. And Bobby Axelrod returns, while the stakes grow from Wall Street to the world.

Paul Giamatti, Corey Stoll and Maggie Siff star in “Billions,” with David Costabile, Asia Kate Dillon, Dola Rashad, Jeffrey DeMunn, Sakina Jaffrey, Daniel Breaker and Toney Goins.

“Billions” season 7 will stream weekly on Paramount+ with Showtime and air on the network, with all 12 episodes leading up to spinoffs “Millions” and “Tillions.” Both projects are executive produced by “Billions” creators Brian Koppelman and David Levien, with Paul Schiff also executive producing the latest installments of the franchise.

IndieWire has also confirmed that a third spin-off in the ‘Billions’ series will be set in Miami, focused on cryptocurrency. A fourth show is believed to focus on the world of London finance.

‘Billions’ premiered in 2016 with Beth Schacter as showrunner and executive producer. Andrew Ross Sorkin co-created the series with Koppelman and Levien; April Taylor and Mike Harrop are the executive producers of the final season.
