Cannes: Jade Pettyjohn and JoJo Siwa Nab to star in slasher film ‘All My Friends Are Dead’

Clay Epstein’s Cinedigm, Roundtable Entertainment and Film Mode Entertainment project is filmed in Vancouver, Canada with an ensemble cast that includes Jennifer Ens, Ali Fumiko Whitney, Justin Derickson, Julian Haig, Cardi Wong, Jack Doupe-Smith and Michaella Russell.

With a screenplay by Josh Sims and Jessica Sarah Flaum, All my friends are dead follows college friends to a huge music festival where a party weekend quickly turns into a nightmare as the group is murdered one by one. When the friends realize that each horrific death corresponds to one of the seven deadly sins, it’s only a matter of time before everyone’s numbers go up.

Cinedigm has already acquired the North American rights to the film financed by the Banc of California, Budding Equity and others. Film Mode Entertainment is buying the film from international buyers at Cannes and has already closed deals in Germany, Benelux, UK, Middle East, Poland and Portugal.

It will deliver all the gory produce horror fans have come to expect to see when Marcus Dunstan steps behind the camera,” Miska, chief executive officer of Bloody Disgusting/Cinedigm, said in a statement.

Production credits on the film are shared by Baldecchi, Kirk Shaw and Stephanie Rennie, with Dominic Ianno, Sarah Donnelly, Jason Resnick, Suraj Gohill, Dan Rubin, Chris McGurk, Yolanda Macias and Brad Miska serving as executive producers.
