UFC champion Michael Bisping has come on board Den of Thieves 2: Pantherwhere he will star alongside fellow returning actors Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr.
Bisping will reprise his role as Connor in the sequel after also doing a star role in the upcoming Millennium Sonya Red movie. His other credits include xXx: Return of Xander Cage, Twin Peaks, Warrior, Never Back Down: Uprising AND Triple threat.
Bisping can also be seen in the documentary bisping for Universal, and also does color on-screen commentary on UFC and has expanded into unscripted series such as the competition series Hyperdrive for Netflix.

Den of Thieves 2: Pantherwritten and directed by Christian Gudegast, began production in the UK and the Canary Islands in April, with shooting slated to run until June.
The sequel picks up with Big Nick tracking bad guys through the streets of Europe and coming close to catching Donnie (Jackson). Donnie, meanwhile, has become entangled in the dangerous world of diamond thieves and the panther mafia, as a heist of the world’s largest diamond exchange is planned.
The original Den of Thieves the film had the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (led by Butler’s “Big Nick” Flanagan) on the hunt for a group of sophisticated bank robbers. Sierra Affinity is participating in the sales and financing of the sequel, with producer credits shared by Marc Canton, Butler, Tucker Tooley and Alan Siegel.
Bisping is represented by Gersh, Michael Selby and Patrick Knapp of GGSSC.
